is soy really that bad?

lots of people just assume soy is very healthy for you because it is what most of the mainstream media tells us. soy, soy flour and soy products are in almost every packaged food today. soy is a hidden ingredient found in many processed foods, fast food and even dog food.

so here's why soy is bad for you:

calcium, magnesium, copper, iron and zinc are hard to digest because of soy

can cause growth problems in children or stunted growth

can cause pancreatic disorders

problems with protein digestion

MSG (a mess itself) is added to soy foods

vitamin B12 is not absorbed in soy and makes your body actually need more B12

soy foods require your body to need more vitamin D

it can cause hypothyroidism and can cause thyroid cancer

in infants, it can cause autoimmune thyroid disease

can cause infertility and promote breast cancer

it has high levels of aluminum, which is toxic to your nervous system and kidneys

symptoms of menopause, low energy, forgetfulness, lack of focus, depression, menstrual and reproductive problems

not to mention the hormonal disruption in infants caused by the increase of estrogen in soy

so read your labels and think about the next time you buy something with soy in it!
