hands up

not only did my grease monkey get a small raise. he got tech of the month. and a specail gift for being the guy that he is. great timing right? my opinion,  it's great to go out with a bang and on the most positive note he can. he's getting a little worried about a new work place and starting over, but i can tell that by finally being able to put his two weeks notice in lifted some weight off. i can't tell you how proud i am of him. he is an amazing technician and anyone should be so lucky to have him work on your car.

but, thinking about this job and the next continues to bring the same questions in my mind. what is all of this for? why do we do what we do? did we bring glory to God through it all? i think that's the biggest reason why rob is so nervous about denver. if we didn't do it here, how are we going to do it there? there's not an answer to that. just a prayer and a determination to do it different. to be different. and to only bring Him glory.
