she has been color practicing. pipi has a new found love for drawing and i hope she gets her daddy's skills.
we have been going on a walk and to the park every day. the weather has been too beautiful not to.
i have been using eco nuts for my laundry detergent. anybody else?? they seem to work pretty well.
we are off to the big st. patricks day parade downtown tomorrow. we will also be accompanied by rob's brother and our nieces and nephew.
some really good food is also in store. and maybe our new favorite hole in the wall pizza place.
i love how she can point out all her favorite sesame street guys in her books. she really digs those guys.
"daddy happy." came out last night when we were all playing and i do believe it is her first sentence.
i woke up jealous the other day. jealous that some other wives and mothers get to have their husbands home before dinner is even ready or have their help at the grocery store.
there has been way too many things spontaneously planned lately and i only do well with that if it is family related.
my focus has really been on prayer. and simply put, we pray because Jesus prayed.
last night i get a call from my greasy monkey asking if i can bring a car to him at a gas station because his happen to die and needed to be jumped.
now, just before that, when he walked out the door, it was only to get something from the garage, that's it. and did i mention that this was 10:30 at night? so i crawled out of bed, woke up imogen, who was more than happy to come with me and went to rescue my giant.
don't ask me how he went from the garage to the gas station in a car that has a flat tire and about to die.
our green will be on, smiles on our faces, mountains in the view and just maybe a beer {or two}.
happy weekend!
