leftover friday

working 12 hours a day on the new house, we've been busy.
baby's room, imogen's room, our bedroom and the kitchen have all been dewallpapered and painted.
and my giant pulled up the carpet and is refinishing the wood floors on the main level.
we couldn't have made any of this progress without the help of my mom. she's been amazing.
and the wonderful help of our friends steph and oscar.
move in date...
next weekend.


besides the house, here are a few other things that have been going on in our lives.

imy now sleeps in a big girl bed :)

we spent thanksgiving in colorado with dear friends and we miss them already

i can't thank those same friends enough for all taking care of my greasy monkey while he lived there for the past month.

because all of our stuff is still in storage, i don't have anything ready for baby.

her vocabulary tripled while we were gone over turkey day.

i had planned a birthday party here for a soon to be two year old, but we are moving it to kansas to also celebrate my niece's baby dedication.

a two year old...do i really have a two year old?

i would upload some pictures, but they are telling me i've used all space available.

and i'm exhausted.

no housework for us, for two whole days.
