happy friday!

no more going to "Donalds" {as imogen would say} for their free wifi because guys, we now have internet.

things are becoming "not fair" in this house. imy can't tell you why, it's just "not fair."

we got to see my sweet sweet granny this week who was in town visiting.  i've missed her. 

my giant got his hair cut last night.  he can now officially slick his hair back better.  i'm not sure how i feel about this.

we had our first play date with the {across the street} neighbors.  imogen and jewel danced their way to being new friends in their tap shoes.

my heart hurts a little for a gift someone gave not just me, but our little family and then took it away.

monday night,  my dear friend and i had pizza, wine, coffee and even did a little shopping.  just the two of us.  kid free, husband free.

i did 7 miles on the bike yesterday.  i can hardly believe it myself.  

mira's voice is still scratchy and crackly. i love it.

my greasy monkey will be working extra hard this weekend, but its just him and me tonight because grammy is coming to babysit.  it's a nebraska blackout tomorrow. gbr! and church and no plans for sunday might actually mean we just maybe we will get to dive in and tackle our garage.
