A trip up north

Nana came last weekend and brought the girls and I to Nebraska for a few days before we headed to Denver to spend time with friends. And the best part, my giant is flying in and meeting us in the Rocky Mountains.  

A few days in the good life and Mira's vocabulary has tripled. 

A couple weeks of no book ripping and the biggest one of them all happened. At nanas house. To nanas book. And this time it was whole pages and little parts of pages. 

I found the evidence under the sheets of the bed and reacted first. Parent fail. I spanked her first before talking it through with her. I just couldn't believe she did that. I apologized later for my actions. My first really big discipline issue without rob and I completely failed at it. :(
