Nana flew down for the girls dance party last week and I drove her back to Nebraska. We can't make it for Christmas so the girls and I are staying a few days in the cold.
We got to see lots of friends and even meet our newest nephew Wilder! My brother and sis-in-law welcomed their 2nd baby boy on Thursday.

When my giant and I decide to do something, beware because we usually go all out.
I don't know if it was his plaid pants or my snow globe earrings or my hair in a bow that did it, but we were asked if we actually bought those sweaters to wear. Ha.
The dance party was a success despite the lack of kiddos under the age of 10.
We had pizza, punch, cake pops, pop rocks, ring pops, a special light to go to the beat of the music and everyone's special song request.
Our guests brought gifts despite us telling them not to and the girls seemed to share their first birthday pretty well.
To top the night off Santa even showed up! I guess its common in Texas for him to ride around neighborhoods on a fire truck throwing out candy. Who knew?!?
Headed back to the great state on Monday and my pipi girl can't wait to celebrate Jesus' birthday!
Happy weekend!
