i realized i am constantly washing and wearing the same pants over and over again. the sad thing is, i think the same thing would be happening even if i wasn't pregnant.
we are meant for so much more. i am reminded that this is not about me and i need to quit trying to make it about me.

late nights for my giant and that means sleeping in for my girlies {most mornings}

Brisket Tacos
Get a 5 lb. sirloin tip roast and rub meat with
the following mixture:
1 TBS chili powder
2 tsp cumin
2 tsp salt
3/4 tsp oregano
1/2 tsp crushed red pepper
Put it in the crock pot and cover with:
1 cup salsa
1 TBS lime juice
3 . garlic cloves (minced)
1 onion (chopped)
Cook on low for 8-10 hours. Shread meat
with two forks in the juice. Add chopped green onions and chopped
cilantro just before serving. You can serve it on tortillas, rice, or
whatever sounds good!
I keep any leftover meat in the juice and
reheat it IN the juice so it stays moist. Enjoy :)
happy weekend!
