and it just hit me that i have my very own. i mean, really their personalities and all.
buttercup=mirabelle {fierce, scrappy, all in}
blossom=imogen {strong and girly}
bubbles=juniper {the sweetest, but holds her own}
we were out for dinner this week and imy turned to mira and said "lets do it." they held their hands up and did a secret handshake. then they turned to juno and did it with her.
oh my heart. these homegirls. secret handshakes and all.
i guess i really do have superhero girls.
i'm not a fair-weather fan of the huskers, but i just don't think i can watch another game of them not showing up to play like they did last weekend.
its foolish to think that our only voice is to be heard one day every four years.
our vote should be how we love, how we serve, how we stand for what we believe, how we spend our money, our time, it's how we live each and every day.
in the spring i did a toy overhaul and i donated + stored the ones they no longer were playing with.
i busted that tub out today. you would have thought it was their birthday :)
i'm off to 2 photography shoots and 2 birthday parties while my giant works and studies for big tests to keep his master certification.
