we weren't able to make it to the season opener of gnome cones, but we were able to the second day of the season opener.

i seriously love this place and they have a few new flavors to try out this year.

we took a break from our bikes and decided on a nature walk. this girl was such a roller coaster, one minute she was shouting at me why i didn't bring her "toller" (stroller) and sitting on the ground in need of a break and the next minute she was running way ahead of us. she's a mess.

our giant has surprised us two nights this week and was home before dinner. we were so shocked. the first night, he played a game with the big girls and i took juno on a bike ride just the two of us. we got to go farther than we ever have. 

i came home and made sweedish meatballs with egg noodles and we got to eat all together as a family. the girls had filled up their {team stanton} jar so we took them to the local homemade ice cream parlor and they each got their own cone to celebrate. 

the next night robbie got off before dark, i made him take us out to eat :) we went to the local grill and bar to get a burger.

this week is spring break. we have done zero school and we're ok with that. i signed imogen up last minute for the theater camp two blocks from our house. they are putting on the play "winnie the pooh" she is having a blast and although none of her age group was given a chance for a lead roll, she was the only one who earned some lines to say in addition to being the ensemble. 

we've had a park picnic play date almost every day after we pick her up from camp. 

this is my new friend's middle daughter. all of our girls are so very similar. and these two, especially. down to even how they wear their headbands :)

we have played so hard this week that everyone (including imogen) has taken a nap almost every day.

our greasy monkey is working tomorrow, running in the sprinklers, watching imogen in her play, our first st. patricks day festival, bike rides, church and a 

happy weekend.
