this is our san antonio food diary:

bush's chicken in waco, tx

we split a chicken strip meal with mashed taters and green beans.

lulu's jailhouse cafe:

we first saw this place on the show man vs. food

we ordered everything he did on the show

a 3 pound cinnamon roll

and the chicken fried steak meal {with eggs and hashbrowns}

we didn't even make a dent.

chris madrids:

a friend told us about this place.

we split an amazing burger and fresh cut fries.

i of course got one of their cool t-shirts and the lady liked us so much she threw in one for imogen and two stickers.

this could be a regular place for us if we lived closer. we tried to go back sunday, but they were closed.

so instead we went to big lou's:

home of the 42" pizza and another appearance on man vs. food

we split a pepperoni. and it was fantastic.

we also ate on the riverwalk, but i didn't take pictures of it. we were bummed because we wanted to go eat mexican food somewhere else and didn't get the chance. san antonio does have amazing food and made the trip that much more worth it.
